Terms & Conditions

By renting a vehicle from us, you agree to comply with all terms and conditions outlined in this agreement. The rental agreement becomes effective when you take possession of the vehicle and remains in effect until the vehicle is returned and accepted by us.

To rent a vehicle, you must: • Be at least 21 years of age (25 for certain vehicle categories) • Possess a valid driver's license held for at least 12 months • Present a valid credit card in your name • Provide proof of insurance (or purchase our coverage) • Present valid identification (passport for international customers) Additional fees may apply for drivers under 25 years of age.

Payment is due at the time of rental. We accept major credit cards and debit cards. A security deposit will be placed on your card and released upon vehicle return, subject to damage inspection. Rental charges include: • Daily/weekly rental rate • Additional driver fees (if applicable) • Optional insurance coverage • Fuel charges (if not refueled) • Late return fees • Additional mileage charges (if applicable) All prices are subject to applicable taxes and fees.

Basic insurance coverage is included in all rentals. Additional coverage options are available: • Collision Damage Waiver (CDW): Reduces your liability for vehicle damage • Theft Protection: Covers vehicle theft • Personal Accident Insurance: Covers medical expenses • Supplemental Liability Insurance: Additional liability coverage You are responsible for all damage to the vehicle not covered by insurance, including damage to interior, tires, windshield, and undercarriage.

The rental vehicle must not be used for: • Illegal activities or transportation of illegal goods • Racing, rallies, or speed tests • Towing or pushing other vehicles • Driving off-road or on unpaved roads • Transportation for hire (taxi, ride-sharing, delivery services) • Use by anyone other than authorized drivers • Transportation of pets (without prior approval) • Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs Violation of these restrictions may result in immediate termination of the rental agreement and additional charges.

Vehicles are provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with a full tank. If the vehicle is not refueled, a refueling charge will be applied at the current market rate plus a service fee. Alternative fuel policy options: • Prepay for fuel: Pay for a full tank at the start of rental • Return with receipt: Return the vehicle with less fuel and provide a receipt from within 10 miles

Most rentals include unlimited mileage. Special rates or long-term rentals may have mileage restrictions. If your rental includes a mileage limit, additional charges will apply for excess miles at the rate specified in your rental agreement.

The vehicle must be returned to the location specified in your rental agreement at or before the scheduled return time. Late returns will incur additional charges. Upon return: • Park in designated rental return area • Remove all personal belongings • Return with same fuel level as pickup • Report any damage or issues • Return all keys, accessories, and documentation If you need to extend your rental, contact us before the scheduled return time. Extensions are subject to availability and additional charges.

In the event of an accident or damage: • Ensure the safety of all parties involved • Contact local authorities and file a police report • Notify us immediately (emergency number provided in vehicle) • Do not admit liability or make any agreements • Complete our accident report form • Document the scene with photos if possible Failure to report an accident or damage may result in denial of insurance coverage and full liability for damages.

Cancellations made 48+ hours before pickup: Full refund Cancellations made 24-48 hours before pickup: 50% refund Cancellations made less than 24 hours before pickup: No refund No-shows: Full rental charge will be applied Prepaid bookings may have different cancellation terms. Please review your confirmation email for specific cancellation policies applicable to your reservation.

You may modify your reservation subject to availability and rate changes. Modifications made within 24 hours of pickup may incur a modification fee. Changes to vehicle category, pickup/return locations, or rental dates may affect the rental rate. To modify your reservation, contact our customer service team or use the "Manage Booking" feature on our website.

We collect and process personal information in accordance with applicable data protection laws. Your information is used to process your rental, communicate with you, and improve our services. We may collect: • Personal identification information • Driver's license and payment information • Rental history and preferences • Vehicle usage data (GPS, mileage, fuel consumption) Your data is stored securely and will not be shared with third parties except as required by law or to process your rental.

We are not liable for: • Personal property left in the vehicle • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages • Delays or failures in service due to circumstances beyond our control • Injury or damage resulting from misuse of the vehicle Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the rental.

Any disputes arising from this agreement will be resolved through: 1. Direct negotiation between parties 2. Mediation (if negotiation fails) 3. Arbitration (if mediation fails) 4. Legal proceedings (as a last resort) This agreement is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the rental originated.

We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and become effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms. For rentals already in progress, the terms in effect at the time of booking will apply.
